Teen & Adolescent Therapy

  • ADHD therapist working with teens

Being a teenager today is tough—and for neurodivergent teens, it can be even more complicated. Whether it’s feeling overwhelmed by school, struggling to connect with peers, navigating identity, or just needing someone to talk to, therapy can be a safe space to pause, breathe, and be fully yourself.

I work with teens who may be autistic, ADHDers, highly sensitive, anxious, or simply trying to figure out who they are in a world that often feels confusing or overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where your teen feels understood and supported—not “fixed,” judged, or pressured to be anyone but themselves.

    Therapy can help with:

    Managing anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

Building emotional regulation and coping skills

Navigating friendships, family dynamics, and social pressure

Identity exploration (including neurodivergence, gender, and sexuality)

    Executive functioning and school-related challenges

    Building confidence, self-awareness, and resilience

Sessions are collaborative and paced to each teen’s comfort level. I work to build trust first—because therapy works best when it feels safe.
