Couples Therapy
Relationships take work—and when neurodivergence is part of the dynamic (for one or both partners), that work can sometimes feel even more complex. Differences in communication, processing styles, emotional needs, or sensory experiences can create misunderstandings—but they don’t have to create distance.
Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, tune in to each other, and build a relationship that feels connected, respectful, and resilient. I work with couples of all genders, orientations, and partnership styles, with a particular focus on affirming neurodivergent experiences and helping partners better understand each other’s inner worlds.
Couples come to therapy to explore:
Communication challenges and conflict cycles
Navigating neurodivergent-neurotypical dynamics
Emotional intimacy and feeling heard
Life transitions (moving in together, parenting, etc.)
Boundaries, expectations, and shared values
Repairing trust and rebuilding connection
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, it’s just about learning new tools, gaining clarity, or creating space to really listen to each other again.
