Neurodiversity-Affirming Care
You are not broken. Your brain isn't “wrong.” Neurodiversity-affirming therapy begins with the belief that neurological differences—like autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivity, or other ways of processing the world—are valid expressions of human diversity, not problems to be fixed.
In a world that often misunderstands or pathologizes difference, therapy should be a space where you can unmask, breathe deeply, and just be. Whether you’ve been formally diagnosed, self-identify as neurodivergent, or are just beginning to explore what that means for you, you are welcome here—without judgment, pressure, or shame.
My approach centers on:
Respecting lived experience over stereotypes or labels
Unmasking and identity exploration in a safe, supported space
Honoring sensory needs, communication styles, and processing pace
Exploring self-advocacy, burnout recovery, and boundaries
Helping clients develop tools that work for them, not against who they are
I work with neurodivergent adults, teens, and couples to create meaningful change—on their terms. Therapy is not about becoming more “normal,” but about feeling more whole, more empowered, and more connected to your authentic self.
